Mix vs Numark NS7 Deck?
Hi all, I am an aspiring DJ, and I was curious to know the main differences between the Numark NS7 and cover mixture, in addition to the price xD. As different features, accessories, etc. .. skills I've seen both, but they look at first sight, as can the same things … I have some money in your pocket and get the cover of the mix? Or buy the most expensive NS7?
I currently do not, but I am waiting to receive mine in the mail, but I researched these two things like crazy! so I can say that the NS7 is a MIDI controller which means you can control software dj on the computer. But it's main purpose is for use with Serato ITCH, which is an incredible DJ software and the way those two work together is beautiful. The NS7 has real real vinyl turntable motor for use as real dishes and responds promptly. The Mixdeck on the other hand is an all in one unit, which means that plays CD, units USB flash or external hard drives, and is also a MIDI controller for use with DJ software. It also has a dock for the iPod, but it's just a plug n play type of which means you can not control pitch or anything like that. The reason I go with the mixdeck is that the cheapest way but I would one day like to have the NS7. I I do not feel that I am no solution for something as good, because mixdeck still pretty badass piece of equipment. But when I make more money than I'd have to click the ns7 just because it looks more pro and seems to have better control over the music. Hope that helps, sorry so long
